DéKiBulle is developed in Delphi and uses librairies BASS, and components CoolTrayIcon, HotKeyManager, ICS and TSnapForm (many thanks to the authors).
Note: For the CoolTrayIcon component some modification have been done and the modified version is available with the dékibulle sources.
